Our Services

We provide comprehensive turn-key solutions for small-scale power generation, with capacities ranging from 400kW to 100MW. Through our expert Energy Project & Risk Management services, we ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with industry standards, meeting the diverse and evolving needs of industrial sectors.

Our Project Management Office (PMO) is ideally suited for managing both small-scale energy projects and intricate large-scale developments.

We also ensure that all projects are executed with precision, strictly adhering to established timelines and budgets. We further provide auxiliary support through detailed performance monitoring and comprehensive risk assessments throughout each project’s lifecycle.

Our Generation Solutions are suited for small-scale commercial and intricate municipal independent power generation needs.

We also offer emergency power generation for large industries requiring zero power interruptions at their production plants. We will also offer auxiliary services such as all-inclusive maintenance agreements for the duration of the PPA.

Gas to Power

Your power demands are unique and it’s our job to build better ways to meet them. Choose from LPG/LNG gas combined heat and power (CHP) systems, alternative biogas electric power options, distributed generation, and ready-to-run turnkey units. All of our generator sets come backed by ongoing Maatla Energy Resources support team – from installation to planned maintenance.

Industrial Applications

Commercial And Industrial Facilities

Refineries, resorts, high-rises, shopping malls, hospitals, universities, data centers, and even district heating plants are minimizing operating costs with the CHP system.

Greenhouses

The CHP systems not only meet greenhouse energy demands, they also warm greenhouses with waste heat from the engine and produce an organic fertilizer by recycling carbon dioxide from the engine exhaust

Utilities

Our gas generator sets are engineered to continuously serve base electrical loads in the absence of a reliable centralized power plant, or where the economics and availability of natural gas fuel are key drivers.

Agriculture and Food Production

Our gas generator sets are specifically designed to operate on biogas, a byproduct of many agricultural, food processing, and industrial processes, which reduces total operating costs. And we’ve engineered them to adjust to the variations in methane content.

Ancillary Services

Single or multi-engine power plants utilizing our reciprocating engine gas generator sets can be strategically located to feed into distribution systems. Our scalable and modular designs allow for efficient future power plant expansions

Landfills

Landfill gas, composed mostly of methane and carbon dioxide, is produced naturally from the decomposition of organic waste  driven by carbon reduction goals, modern sanitary landfills capture this gas for use as a renewable fuel in our specially configured power systems

Wastewater Treatment Plant

Many wastewater facilities use waste methane gas, comprised of methane and carbon dioxide generated by wastewater digesters, as a fuel source.

The gas generator sets use the fuel to provide the treatment plant with electricity and heat to serve its thermal loads and accelerate wastewater treatment processes.

Mines

The gas power plants can reliably support the operations associated with mining minerals such as copper, iron ore, gold, and silver in the absence of a reliable centralised electric utility

Planned and Unplanned Outages

Our power generation units supply backup power to facilities or sites during an electric utility power outage

Smart Metering Solutions

Integrated Smart Metering Solutions that deal with all kinds of scenarios and mixes. Meters feature ultrasonic welding and have highly secure tamper detection. The system is STS 20 compliant for open and secure connections, and also features dual communication capabilities.
